Storefront Payee Application

Your subscription includes access to expo events and all activities on the Section 3 Market Place platform.  Storefront owners must clear any balances before they are able to be viewed by the public on the Section 3 Marketplace.  

 

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: This platform provides Section 3 employment, training, and contracting opportunities.  Your subscription to the platform does not guarantee employment and or contracting opportunities.  All Annual Subscription fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.   Cancellation to the platform will cancel your storefront for the next annual year.  All future billings will be canceled.  Payment must be made in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. Bank.  

 

STOREFRONT SET-UP:  Section 3 and Resident Owned Businesses are responsible for setting up their own storefronts.  Technical assistance is available via email only.

 

Section 3 Recipient (Required to fulfill Section 3) fees include a dedicated Storefront Manager.   A member of our team will work diligently to put together an aesthetically beautiful storefront.  In the event, you are unhappy and or would like to modify your storefront you will have all access to modify and make all necessary changes that best reflect your company's brand.  

 

Storefront owners agree to upload and submit content that you have the legal right and authority to post.  

 

GENERAL TERMS: We have the right to remove any offensive and or discriminatory photos, and content from your storefront.  We also have the right to remove your storefront in its entirety in the event, the uploads, videos, and or photos do not reflect the purpose for which the platform was created. 

Storefront owners agree to the fullest extent not prohibited by law, to hold harmless Can I Live,  its officers, vendors, contractors, and volunteers from all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind, and description, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising by reason of any act or failure to act, negligent or otherwise, of Contractor, of any subcontractor (meaning anyone, including but not limited to consultants having a contract with Contractor or a subcontractor for part of the services), of anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor or by any subcontractor, or of anyone for whose acts the Contractor or its subcontractor may be liable, in connection with providing these services.
